SERVICE GUIDE

MAINTAINING THE PROPERTY

  • Periodic rental reviews & lease renewals
  • Regular Routine Inspections – complete with full report and photos
  • General Maintenance and Repairs conducted on your behalf
  • Copies of all documentation is kept on file and all communication is diarised on the computer
  • Payment of Water Rates, Council Rates, Body Corporate Rates and any other accounts that may require payment
  • Termination of Tenancy – final inspections and all matters relating to the bond release
  • Condition Report – this is a written report, including photos, detailing the condition of the property at the beginning of the tenancy and at the end of a tenancy. The condition must be the same allowing for wear & tear.

OTHER SERVICES WE PROVIDE

  • Inspections by Appointment only – we do not hand out keys!
  • Preparation of Insurance Claims
  • Monies on your behalf are held in a holding ledger and deposited into an Account of your choice by electronic transfer on the last working day of every month
  • Monthly Statements sent to you via Email or by Post
  • Preparation for End of Financial Year Report
