Rob is a licenced Real Estate Agent with an architectural background. The last 15 years saw Rob successfully run his own specialist business in the exhibition industry, which he sold in January 2004.
Rob’s passion for Real Estate has led him to purchase various investment properties, some of which he renovated and sold, but the majority he still owns and has tenanted today.
Rob decided to start this “specialised” Property Management Company after becoming frustrated with the lack of service and continuity of staff throughout the Property Management departments he was dealing with.

Charity has been involved within the Real Estate Industry for many years as an investor, buying,
selling and renovating properties.
After 23 years in Credit Management Charity has now turned her passion to Property Management.
Understanding the frustration of dealing with agents that only collect rent, Charity believes in the specialised service that Exclusively Property Rentals provides.
It is Charity’s goal to deliver quality service to Landlords by looking after their properties as if they were her own.
